Financial Regulations are the rule book for Council finance and regulate and control the Councils financial affairs and accounting procedures.

The Financial Regulations are reviewed on an annual basis by the Responsible Financial Officer to the Council before being recommended for adoption by full Council.

The Financial Regulations were reviewed in June 2022  folowing an update by NALC and again in November 2022 following a resolution by full Council to increase the financal limits. Please see the latest copy here.
